"My parents first opened Blue By Night in 2001, as the finer-dining, dinner-time alter ego of the Summer Kitchen."
Cameron, the innkeeper at the Rosemary Beach Inn, wrote that in May when the inn announced Blue By Night's return 25 years after it first opened. This time it's a lobby wine bar, open Thursday through Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m. The bar keeps three nights a week, and those hours matter more in October than they did in May. Havana Beach Bar & Grill, the restaurant at The Pearl hotel that changed chefs this year, holds its evening music on the same three nights. With the summer schedule gone, Thursday through Saturday is when the Town Center has the most going on after dark.
The Rosemary Beach Inn sits at 78 Main Street. Cameron describes the new Blue By Night as a watering hole where people come together for a round of drinks, play some games and spend time together in person. The original 2001 version was a dinner room. The new one is a place to sit for a drink.
The Pearl named Jordan Economy executive chef of Havana Beach Bar & Grill, announced August 5, 2026. The announcement credits him with more than two decades of culinary experience. He'll oversee the restaurant's evolving food and beverage program while keeping the flavors regulars already know. Havana posts dinner daily from 5 to 10 p.m., with a note that seasonal hours apply. It also lists live piano in the main dining room Thursday through Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m., year-round.
So the inn's lobby wine bar and the restaurant at The Pearl both start their evening programs at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Neither runs that program the other four nights.
Early-week evenings changed at the end of last month. Havana's rooftop live music runs Monday through Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m., and the posted season is March through September. That leaves no posted rooftop sets for October, so a Tuesday evening this month is quieter than a Tuesday in August.
Havana's early-week offering now runs during the day. The bar-only brunch happy hour runs Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with half-priced Bloody Marys, mimosas and select house wines, and it's posted as year-round. The posted schedules now favor afternoons early in the week and evenings late in the week.
The rest of the Town Center's posted hours also lean toward the weekend. Most places keep the same hours every night, and the ones that change stay open later on Friday and Saturday. These are each venue's posted hours. Several listings are undated or don't match each other, so call ahead before you plan around a closing time.

Two small details shape a Thursday. Edward's $9 wine hour runs from 5 to 6 p.m., before Havana's piano set ends at 7. On Friday and Saturday, Edward's posts a 10 p.m. close instead of 9. Restaurant Paradis lists last seating at 8:45 p.m. with the kitchen closing at 9 on Sunday and Monday. On Friday and Saturday, last seating moves to 9:45 p.m. and the kitchen closes at 10. Its bar stays open until midnight every night. After Blue By Night closes at 9, the Paradis bar is the latest posted hour on this list.
Some familiar names keep daytime hours. Summer Kitchen Cafe, the original partner to Blue By Night, lists 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Amavida's Rosemary Beach location lists 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. CK Feed & Supply lists 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with food to go from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cowgirl Kitchen's Rosemary Beach site lists 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, but its embedded schedule shows a 9:30 p.m. close on most days and a 9 a.m. Thursday opening. Confirm before you go.
Here's one Thursday evening on Main Street, built from the posted hours above:
On Friday or Saturday, the same sequence has more room after 9, since Edward's and Paradis both serve later on those nights.
The Town Center's fall events draw on the same restaurants, and the busiest dates mostly fall on the days of the week covered above.
The Sunday 30A Farmers' Market runs year-round from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 28 N. Barrett Square. The next listed date is October 11.
On Saturday, October 24, the Rosemary Beach Merchants Association holds its Trick or Treat! Halloween Bash from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Merchants hand out candy around the Town Center, and the Kids Halloween Bash runs from 2 to 5 p.m. on East Long Green. Blue By Night opens at 5 that evening, as the daytime event ends.
Rosemary Beach Uncorked marks its 15th year on Saturday, November 14, from 1 to 4 p.m. The ticket listing gives 48 S. Barrett Square as the location. The ten participating eateries are Blue By Night, Edward's, Cowgirl Kitchen, La Crema, Restaurant Paradis, CK's Feed & Supply, Havana Beach Bar & Grill, Pescado, Tahona and Amavida. New this year is a VIP ticket. It includes the Audi Lounge in Town Hall, a VIP tent on Town Hall Green and an extra hour until 5 p.m. for VIP holders, with Dakota Shy Winery's Tom Garrett and bites from Chef Rob McDaniel of Helen in Birmingham. When last checked, the official page listed the event as sold out and offered a waitlist.
If you don't have a ticket, all ten Uncorked names appear in the posted hours above. Blue By Night, Edward's, Paradis, La Crema and Havana all post evening hours on an ordinary Thursday in November. Blue By Night's first Uncorked since reopening is on the participant list, and a regular Thursday visit there doesn't need a ticket.
The 15th annual 30A 10K Thanksgiving Day Races run Thursday, November 26. The 10K starts at 7:30 a.m., the 1-mile fun run at 7:35 a.m. and the 5K at 9:30 a.m. All races start and finish along Scenic Highway 30A in Rosemary Beach. The race falls on a Thursday, one of Blue By Night's three nights.
Blue By Night has no separate fall menu or event calendar online yet. The opening announcement is still the most recent post in the inn's Blue By Night archive. Havana's posted hours carry a seasonal-hours note. Tahona promotes cocktail classes and private events but lists no recurring weekly night. Check each venue directly before a night out, especially if you're bringing guests.
