Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, I earned my degree in Financial Planning and Consumer Affairs from the University of Alabama and have built a career in real estate spanning nearly three decades. I have worked in real estate since 1995 and have been a licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser since 1998, serving clients across both Alabama and Florida.
 
For more than 30 years, I have provided trusted guidance in market valuation, investment strategy, and luxury property acquisition—helping buyers make confident decisions and ensuring properties are purchased at or below market value whenever possible. Having lived in the Santa Rosa Beach area for 11 years and focusing exclusively on Florida real estate for the past six years, I bring deep local expertise, a strong financial perspective, and a meticulous approach to every transaction—delivering elevated service and exceptional results.
